"How old are you?", "Yellow!"

Cassie turned two on the 15th. She had been getting excited for days because of cards that had been coming for her. She wore the birthday headband all day and loved the attention. When dad came home we took the girls to the Mayan for dinner. Cassie loved the diving show, and stayed in her seat for longer than her usual for restaurants.

We did gifts and cake at home.

Tasha's gift takes the prize though, she gave her a small Thomas the train figure, "Choo choo Thomas!", is what we hear all day now. Thomas comes everywhere with us, and was even chosen over her binki to sleep with tonight (we will see how long that lasts).

Her new trike works great, she feels independent, and mom and dad don't have to kill their backs helping her keep on the sidewalk. All day when we asked her how old she was, she proudly said, "Yellow!".

After such a struggle to get her to this earth, some days I still can't believe that she is really here. Even though it has been two years, she is still my miracle baby!
